Central Laboratory
Equipped with advanced laboratory equipment and staffed by experienced personnel, the Polyacryl Iran Company’s laboratory is one of the most advanced and reputable laboratories in the chemical and textile industries in Iran and the Middle East. This complex consists of several units, including:
Chemistry Laboratory
This unit is equipped with advanced devices such as FT-IR, TOC Analyzer, AA, GPC, HPLC, GC, and more. It covers approximately 160 tests related to water and wastewater samples, polymers, and more. With 50 technicians working in three shifts, this laboratory performs an average of 550 tests on 150 samples daily. Additionally, clearance tests for 197 raw materials are also conducted in this laboratory.
Fiber Physics Laboratory
Using advanced textile equipment, including tensile testing machines, Uster, twist testers, altimeter, yarn defect detection, Zeno test, and more, this unit covers 50 types of tests related to yarns and synthetic fibers. With 27 technicians working in three shifts, this laboratory performs an average of 800 tests on 160 samples. Currently, this laboratory holds a certificate of accreditation as a collaborating laboratory of the Standards Organization for 32 tests and provides services to 6 standards organizations.
Research and Development Unit
With experienced personnel, advanced equipment, and ongoing communication with scientific and research centers, this unit is dedicated to updating laboratory procedures, developing new methods, and advancing assigned projects. Additionally, the unit is responsible for commissioning new equipment, controlling in-service equipment, and training personnel.
Maintenance Unit
This unit, staffed with specialized personnel in electrical and mechanical engineering, is responsible for repairing laboratory equipment, calibrating instruments, optimizing and updating older equipment, and designing and manufacturing certain parts for equipment.
